Where does the gas go?
My dealer told me not to ever put gas in mine. He said it was too complicated and I should leave it to a mechanic.
So, whenever, that yellow pump dash light comes on, I make an appointment and take my car to the dealer. They're great. I always get it back in just a day or two and rarely do they put more than 100 miles on it. I know this sounds amazing, but even though they put those miles on it, I still get the car with a full tank.
They're the best.
Oh yeah. They wash it for me too and even, if I ask, check the oil. Kills three birds with one stone.
The usual fee is $22 for parts, $40 for labor, and the car wash is free. Sometimes the parts fee is higher, but I think that's from the oil.

My dealer told me that if I didn't put Honda gas in my car, it would void the warranty.
Further, he said that they can only get the gas from the factory in Japan, and that it was not available here.

The gas is on national backorder!

One just never knows how his or her post is going to get twisted or blatently ignored in this most wonderful of forums, but sometimes....hehe.
On another note, My local dealer was just remarking yesterday that the Stook wasn't even going to need gas in '02 if you got a blue one with the glass rear window, but sadly he said that the production had been stopped for all Stooks and that I'd better purchase the one he had on the floor right now so I could make a "killing" on it on EBAY. Too bad I can barely afford the one I have, I'm sure the dealer would never steer me wrong.
(just kidding, I love my dealer...sorry JW...I had to...hehe)
