ive always used shell in all my cars. i have a shell credit card and get 5% back on all shell gas purchases. never had a problem with shell gas and either has my parents. theyve been using shell for years, so i just followed in their footsteps and am happy with it.

As a Chevron stockholder I would encourage each of you to fill up with high quality Chevron/Texaco gasoline with Techron. Cars really do love Techron.

As a consumer I wouldn't worry too much as long as you are buying the correct grade of gasoline. The gas that comes to the DC (tank farm) is pretty much all the same. The additives are added at the time the tanker truck is loaded to distribute the fuel to the station.

If you're loyal to a particular brand then by all means stick with it. But an occasional tank of something else is really no big deal.

When I first got my S2K, I used to go to and Exxon Gas Station to get my gas and for some reason the car just felt really low powered and not that responsive... so one day I decided to go to a Shell and the car performed so much better... VERY noticeable!!!!! I've been going there since then.

Now I know there have been a few posts on here of people saying that it doesn't really matter where you get the gas cause it all comes from the same place, but here's the list of which Gas Stations are on top and actually supply good gasoline for our babies.....

I use Shell, unless there's Chevron available.

I've try to stick with brands on the TTG list for awhile now. I certainly don't have a problem using something else if I'm in a pinch.
