At your friendly neighborhood Honda dealer. You can order from Hardtopguy or one of the other vendors and save a couple of bucks but will have to pay for shipping so unless you are ordering lots of them and can wait, just buy it from your dealer. It's only like 9 bucks.

Is there something wrong with a FRAM, Bosch, or K&N oil filter? Or is it just pure preference to got a Honda one?

Some people don't like Fram due to their cheap construction. Personally, I've never used an OEM filter for the past 6 years, except for the very first one that came with the car. I've used Purolator filters, both the regular ones and the PURE ONE variety exclusively on my S.
Other than this, it's all guesswork and you can't go wrong with the OEM filter. The forum marketplace sells them online for a real good price. Just buy a bunch of them to cut down on the shipping.

Honda PCX filter is constructed very well with good materials. FRAM filters are complete garbage in terms of design and materials. You won't go wrong with some aftermarket filters, but not all are created equally. My S2000 and 84 GTI are the only cars I've ever owned that I use OEM oil filters on, so I'm not adverse to aftermarket.. just fram.

The older PCM ones that were sold in USA were. The PCX, I believe, is not.
