Dont know if they use RDD in Quebec though.

^^^ did you hardwire into the dome light?

My X50 is also under the mirror for better rear radar detection. When I am in a bad area I remove it from windshield and store it in the Secret Compartment.

About 15% of S owners would never find it without pics of the SC location.

I wired it to the fuse block near the driver's left knee as shown in the three pictures below. Then, while he did my hard top install, the Honda tech ran the wire under the trim along the windshield frame. It is a switched line and comes on with the ignition. Perfect in my mind. I bought the aux display with my V1 but I never use it.

this isn't a passport, but the location shown here has worked for several of us who run radar detectors. it's worth the time and effort for a clean, uncluttered interior.



i have the lil viewing deal just like the pic above below the heater controls, but i don't have a pic handy to show.

Haven't you ever seen those flag poles they carry on the horse? The end is spear-tipped. They throw them at the tires of speeders.
