Where to put the Jack stands in the front?

Default Where to put the Jack stands in the front?

I was wondering if anyone has a pic were you show how to jack the front of the car up. I've found pics of the back put not the front.

In a related topic. For people who uses jackstands. Where do you jack up the car from to place the jackstands on the jack point shown above.

Look in the owners manual if it is available. If not we can try to post something to help.

I should have been more specific on my post. I don't mean the front or the rear jack point. I meant if there is a jack point on the side of the car other than the standard 4 jack points. How about the frame rail? are they strong enough to support the car's weight?

For those of us that are so low we can't get a jack to the diff, we drive up onto boards and then get to the jack points. A flat tire on the side of the road is going to be a major pain!!!

For those of us who dont have a the time or inclination to mess around we jack up the car under the door sills. You should use the jacking points for the jack stands tho and for the jack that comes with the car. For anyone with a decent racing jack ($100 at pep boys) anywhere between the wheels is fine. It's all frame.
