Now that both Porsche and BMW have acknowledged the market demand for coupe versions of their popular roadsters, how long before Honda does the same? When should we expect the hardtop version of the S2000?

I'd love to see Honda make a S2000 coupe as well. They could design it just like the removable hard top, just make it not removable. A sloping hatch would also be sweet. Check out this previous thread for some cool photo chops of what a coupe would look like.

If Honda made one like the blue car I'd be camping out at my dealer cash in hand!!!

The S2000 is sort of a niche car. A coupe version would make it more mainstream.

With fewer than 10,000 S2Ks produced each year (for the NA market), it would not be economically justifiable for Honda to further divide this limited market by producing a coupe. As much as a few folks would like it, Honda will never produce an S2K coupe. How about the OEM hardtop instead?

the oem hardtop is ok, im not saying that i wouldnt get one if i had the money to spend. But i dont like the way it meets the rear, i feel that a more drawn out slope would be nicer, i really really really really really like the one done by another member

did i mention i would buy that in a heartbeat
