From H-A aaccessories?

My body shop and I have been trying to order a new convertible top for my car because the original repair shop got overspray on it. I've called over 20 times in the last week, left several messages, and left email. My repair shop has done the same. What's going on? Usually it's first rate service with H and A.

Just one return phonecall or email would've been appreciated. The shop ended up ordering the top from the local honda dealer instead.

At least I don't pay for it though.

 

hmmm....that's usually not like him!
Maybe he's on vacation or something and the person taking over doesn't know what to do?

 

haven't heard from him in a while. John Eagle Performance out of Houston is now a board sponsor. I will check my invoice when I get home for the convertible top. I believe it was 600 something, plus 17 bucks in shipping (7'x2.5"x2.5' LARGE box). If I post this, you can try messaging EAGLE1 and seeing what kind of a deal he can offer.

Have you thought about ordering the '02 top with the glass rear window?

 

I'm actually waiting on an '02 shift knob that I ordered a couple weeks ago. He hasn't gotten back to me on that either. He's been great about keeping my up-to-date on past orders I've placed, so he must be out of town or VERY VERY busy.

 

I'm already getting the top from a local Honda dealer, but thanks for the options

I would've tried to get the new top with glass window, but I don't want to be the guinea pig and I haven't heard of the existence of any specific instructions on how to do it.

Still haven't heard from Trevor...

Has anyone gotten in contact with Trevor at H-A lately?
I really need to get in touch with him soon and order a laundry list of stuff, otherwise I have to look elsewhere but I don't want to do that.

 

I sent someone to him a few weeks ago.. they talked and did business. So at least before Thanksgiving things were pretty normal.

 

Trevor wrote me back yesterday, letting me know that my parts are back-ordered. Guess they're just really busy.
