Default White vs. Silver must decide now buying Friday!!!!!!!!!!

I have been on these boards for 6-8 months now and can't wait to be an owner vs. enthusiast

Here is my situation, I am buying 2 cars one for myself another for a friend in Cali, the dealer has a

silver/red and a white in stock. I have always wanted a silver/red or white, my friend doesn't want white, so

should I take the white or ask the dealer to swap another dealer for a silver/red. I hate this decision, I won't

be able to sleep tonight. Also I know these questions are coming so I will address them know. Price $30,500 includes destination, Chicago area. I will tell you where after the purchase is made. I just spoke with every dealer in the Chicago area and most will not drop below the $30,500 mark as Spring is approaching. WHAT COLOR?

if you want to email me direct bboersma@babson.edu

White is the rarest color .......... kind of like a Wolf in Sheep's clothing !

Also when you get stone chips on the front, white would be easier to touch-up. Metallic paints are the worst to touch-up. I own a silver S2000.

I wish I would have ordered a black one.

My brother almost dropped dead when I told him I wanted a white car w/red interior.

I think it is because he is older, 30, and drives a Green Accord, he just thinks it is too out there. Which is my point, he thinks I should get a boxter or 3 series like everyone else in silver, black or blue. But why do I want to drive what everyone else drives.

Are there any other white S2000's near Chicago?

I would take the white. Nice colour..easy to keep clean, and most of all as someone already pointed out, its the rarest of them all. Next best...yellow of course. But then perhaps I'm biased

white/red, but the 2002 red interior is just too ugly IMO. Try and find a 2001 if you can

Here's my best argument for silver:

Also, $30,500 is a very good price. I got mine for $31,500 down here in GA and I thought that was a good deal...
