For those who don't know about the "heel and toe" method, most of the BestMotoring videos use a picture in a picture. And the smaller picture shows their foot work. So you can watch the driver approach a turn and at what point he down shifts.

 

I forced myself to learn a few months ago. Now I love it!

 

Always... I like my synchronizers!

 

I intend to make my synchros last as long as possible....

 

Me, Myself and I like to heel toe all the time. Its sounds nice when downshifting and also saves you some money on the long run. Synchros anyone???
