I'm just depressed that the top will be down less often. Turning the heater up sure wouldn't solve freezing wind. no snow in this part of Cali though.

I hate winter, even though here in Virginia it's "mild" compared to most of the rest of you. I'll be putting the snow tires on at the end of October and then driving the S maybe once or twice a week when it's sunny and no ice. They don't use salt here which is good but they do put sand down in intersections so if I drive it in winter I stay on back roads or stay at least 10 car lengths behind other cars on the road to avoid sand chips.

I wouldn't mind playing in a snow covered parking lot once or twice though.

I hate it, this is my third convertible and I go into deep depression every winter, although I must say this is the first car that is just as much fun to drive, top up or down. Well at least I can get a few more wins under my belt since the top will be up most of the time.

Just leave the top down, windows up, and heater on full. The heat should stay inside the space reasonably well, the layer of air rushing over the top will act like (really crappy) insulation. If you're tall, get a hat.

Then you're good to go! My top is down all year round, below freezing or not!

Yeah, winter is no problem with the right tires. I'll be putting on my AP1 wheels with Dunlop Winter Sport M3 tires as soon as the moring temps start dropping below 45*.
It is when you live at 7500 ft and get 300+ inches of snow a year.

I started driving with a down jacket, gloves, and hat this week (I drive to work at 6am). Kinda sucks.
