Hey VTECnology, where did you get yours at? Actually I like the smaller one that they offer and it's LED super white style......you know which one I'm talking about? How did you like that shift lamp? Where did you mount your adjustor at?

Thanks

I got mine from a local tuner shop that gets some jap spec stuff from time to time. I thought about the smaller one but it looked a little too cheap for me even though it cost more. Also I was a little worried about how bright it would be when there is a little bit of light outside. I get a lot of comments on mine. It matches the V-AFC and the outside of the car. If you look close you can see the control for it in front of the radio door. I'm going to move it when I get the motivation to splice some longer wires into it. I want to mount it in the glove box. Installation is a breeze. you mount the light where you want it, plug it into the controller and mount that where you want it. Then you just plug it into the cigarette lighter. You can splice the wires into pretty much anything in the electric system of the car if you don't want to plug it in. Then just set the RPMs where you want the light to come on. It reads the Hz of the electrical system to determine when to come on. I think If I had to do it again I would get the smaller one and mount it on the steering column. That is if it's bright enough.

Oh yeah they are about 100 bucks for the one I have

I was thinking about mounting the small one on the steering colum too. Which store sell the pivot shift lamp? I need the website too.......
I don't like the auto meter brand shift light that style is kinda old. I had the auto meter brand shift light on my MR-2 Spyder before I have to tap the wire from the ecu. There are only three wires for the Auto meter brand shift light......Power, Ground, and Tach.
