Here in Louisiana, it's too damn humid for much top down driving regardless of what time of day it is. You just get all sticky and even your hands start sticking to the steering wheel. It just isn't a wonderful feeling. Still doesnt stop me some days though

During summer here you can get sunburnt in the space of 5 or 10 minutes so my top stays up a fair bit during the hotter months. Plus... I'm in IT so I'm devoid of a tan
