A little over $5000 down, $283 a month + $17 in taxes so $300 a month for 36 months. MSRP on a '02 and good credit. Seems like others put the same amount down and have more per month and more months. Did you guys not pay MSRP?

 

MSRP...are you kidding? I had to shop the hell out of it to get it to $36k

 

I guess it helps that I bought it in February....not prime convertible season

 

Got mine in march but i was living just north of SF at the time and anything new was a reason to get raped over..

 

Your dealer roughly made $6K over you. That is blatent theft in my book. There are individuals who purchased theirs from below MSRP to invoice.

But now you know, so enjoy your S and don't worry about it until the time comes to buy another one.
