Benching twice my weight was my goal, but I never was able to get there. I got really busy with school and work and girlfriend and blah, excuse, blah. (life kind of got in the way). I do say that it really does take commitment there is no doubt about that. My eating schedule was based on the "eat everything you see method". I also worked out 5 days a week.

Good fun, the only bad thing to working out is when you stop(we all do) You lose almost everything you gained. I wish that I did not stop working out, I know when I start again it will be very disapointing because I know what I once was, and it will take a very long time to get there again.
