NO MALE PIX ON S2KI.COM PLEASE!!!!! j/k

well, I worked part time at the YMCA for 2 yrs and I think I know a little about fitness...what Thoe99 stated is his personal experience/tips for workout, I believe it worked the best for him. Everyone should have created his own routine after a short period of working out, and others' advices might work for u, and they might not suit you at all. Thoe99 was just trying to give others some advices of gaining weights, and some of this advices are very useful. If you think what he wrote was all BS, you dont have to believe him, but he doesnt deserve any offensive comments like that...juss my 2 cents

I think I win the heaviest competition.... 6' 225lbs, but that is due to back injury and inability to work out which lead to energy storage... three years ago, I was 18 and 160 lbs
