Hey lightweights! What's your 0 to 60 times like since, *ahem*, your saving all this weight. You gotta be in the high 4s right???
Just kiddin everyone. When I was a sophmore in highschool I was 5'8" and 125 lbs. Not so much anymore.... but if they had the S2000 6 years ago i might have won.

I am 5' 11" and weigh 149.

The other day, at the fitness center at work, they measured my body fat using some type of electronic sensor that they put against my bicep. My body fat percentage was 2.1%. Apparently, I am mainly skin, bones, internal organs and muscle. According to the literature that they gave me, the lower limit is about 2%.

There appear to be several people on this board who are my height, but who weigh far less. Are they still alive?

I think i have all the guys beat. I'm 6' and skinny as hell! just checked on the scale, w/ shoes, 113.5. No wonder I'm always faster than my dad at the SoloII races!
I will make it to 125 by this August. Durring tax season I don't have time to eat right and exercise as much as i should I do income tax preparation by the way.
Hmm... I sound like a text book super nerd! But in my defense, that's only half true!
Looking forward to getting my mods this week!! YEAH!

So, what is the secret to gaining some muscle? What type of suppliments are you on? I need a few tips.
Eat more. He did not gain that much muscle in such a short period -- some of it, probably most of it is fat.

The trick is to eat more -- lots more -- do low rep high weight workouts and give your body time to recover between workouts -- so generally only 3 days a week of lifting.

I usually gain 15-20 pounds on a bulking cycle, but after cutting I have actually gained maybe 5-7 pounds of muscle out of that, sometimes less because supplaments like creatine make you retain more water.
