5' 5" 118lbs. Still growing, i'm still a youngin

Dont like my height but as far as weight goes, not bad for performance.

LOL, I'm 5'2", and I stopped growing long time ago. I weigh 130lbs, not exactly a lightweight.

I'm 6'3'', 195 pounds, 9% bodyfat. 6 months ago I was 6'2'', 150 pounds, 8% bodyfat. And right now I'm on a diet.

To anyone who thinks they can't gain weight, do what I did:

1) Get a gym membership

2) Get a personal trainer/nutrionist

3) Make a commitment to stick to your diet, and show up to the gym.

If you haven't tried this then you haven't been trying the right way.

And pssst... here's a tip...

The only supplement worth a damn are creatine and multivitamins. But that's just my opinion.

i have to im also asian. So far, seems like the asians are the lightest and shortest , im not really proud of both. Forget tips on growing mass, i need tips on HEIGHT!!

Having (being a male) clicked on the pictures link, I can safely say you 135-lb lards have no chance against our diminuitive Stephanie. From what I could gather, she's like a blue-torched titanium catback. Light AND a treat to look at. It would take nitrous for my S2000 (I'm 6-4, 235) to catch up to hers!
