Who makes this front bumper?
Hello all,
Does anyone recognize this front bumper? It was installed around 2003-2008 time frame. I’m trying to figure out who makes it or at least what it’s called. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Donno but I'd love to see a decent photo of it. 
I'm having trouble finding Honolulu, Virginia on my maps too. (Your lawn is thicker than mine here in Chesterfield County this time of year.)
