As pointed out by PLAYLIFE it is made by company called INTERGET, a divistion of C-One Corp. in Japan.
I had this posted very long time ago and there seem to be some interests among few people but I don't know if anyone in US has them. I have seen one picture of Japanese owner who actually have it on and that is about it.
It is a nice design and two separate piece enables better fit oppose to one piece design like AMUSE. My Distinto Bellezza facia also has similar design incorporated.
Price is pretty good, it is(I am sure for both) around $280 and it is made with high quality FRP material, but like any aftermarket goodies it isn't painted. But AMUSE one has option of having paint matched with higher cost, oddly.
In my opinion, this is very good design that adds subtle aggressive touch to the front of S2000 without adding too much weight(oppose to single piece) and being too flashy.
I would love to check it out in person if any of you decide to get this.

hmmm if it were $280, I'd be all over it. unfortunately, its going for $530 through MG, and about five months ago, I inquired about the lip and was quoted in the range of 650 - or thereabouts, and remember, its unpainted.
