In Japan the in dash MM/Nav is an option.

Also, do a search and view Shaners custom nav system.

Easy...

Fly to Japan and buy a domestic market RHD S2000.

Might as well get a Type V while your there.

Now that you have it, what are you going to do with it? Stay in Japan?

Barry...

try clicking on 'members' and then clicking on 'advanced search' and then putting 'shaner' in the member name field

wonder what components there are to the system? In the Acura NAV system, there is the screen and the unit in the trunk, but not sure what else is involved...

That unit could take the place of a CD changer in the trunk and you could just cut the dash

seriously, it would be a nice feature to add, even if it is somewhat out of character for the car...

Its an especially useful feature if you are on the road a lot.

With the CL Type S we had, the NAV system was fun. But, in your day to day routine you know where you are going. It is better suited for trips. But its also fun to watch the car track along on the map...

Wonder if a junk yard isnt a place to start. Find a wrecked Acura and go from there...

Just go down to any reputable installer hand them your credit card and they will install a navigation system for you in the exact same location. I remember Adam99rs had one in his first S2K don't know about the second.
