I just learned that my car runs so much smoother when I remember to disengage my parking brake.

And just so everyone can learn from me, here's what I do.
1. Push the button on my garage remote to open door.
2. Push button on my Honda remote to unlock car. Be careful and don't mix it up with the garage door remote or you'll have to repeat steps 1 and 2.
3. Walk to car and open door, but make sure you do this within a couple minutes of step 2 or you'll have to repeat step 2 because of auto locking doors. Not necessary to repeat step 3, though, because you'll still be standing next to car.
4. Get into car.
5. Put key in ignition.
6. Depress clutch. IMPORTANT! I sat in the car for an hour trying to start the car without pushing the clutch in and it DID NOT WORK! I didn't want to spend the 5 minutes reading the instruction manual because at my current minimum wage job, that would be a whole $0.50. So instead I just sat there and cried like a little girl that my car wouldn't start until I posted a thread on S2ki.com that the haters tore me a new bunghole, but the cool people answered the question for me.
7. Press the start button.
8. Put car in 1st gear.
9. Release parking brake.
10. Push gas down until hit cold rev limiter @6k rpm.
11. Release clutch.
12. Enjoy!

Hope this helps people!

BTW, anyone know what that grinding sound from my tranny is?

u are soooo funny!
u just made my nite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey fob,
just my two cents, u know that s2k is designed to be 50/50 ratio
without the driver in rite??

if you want to keep the car in perfect motion without under or oversteer,
try to push back your seat all the way and make urself comfy, so your
body weight distributes in equal to front and back.

You will feel the difference!

Yo dude, Fobolous, don't pay attention to these bungholes. They are a bunch of a$$holes. Hey man, I posted a couple of threads when I first joined and I got flamed, you know , like this Anyway, I just want to make friends. I have had my S2K for a year now and have yet to hit VTEC. Actually, what is VTEC Anyhoo, I admire your bravery, skill, cunning, daring and raw courage to drive fast like you do. I have yet to exceed 70 mph. Actually, I did 75 mph one time. I think maybe we should hook up sometime. I would really appreciate if you could teach me how to drive fast like you do.

Thanks Fobolous
