WANABE

Your tires will wear quicker by getting this aggressive allignment done correct? Uneven tirewear due to high camber?

And I suppose just because it drives perfectly straight doesn't mean you don't need an allignment....

I pay $40 for alignment. Using the laser alignment machine. The guy is really cool and does my car for hours, cause it's a sports car, until he gets the alignment close to .1 of a degree to what I want.

$40-80 seems like a reasonable price to me.

You're definitely getting taken for a ride, and it's not even fun!

My Acura dealership has the best alignment machine in the area, and an alignment is $69.95. I paid even less with a 10% discount!

Go to Firestone.. $109.99 for a lifetime alignment! Take it whenever your car needs alignement, and it's free as long as you own your car!

It's worth it, and they do a good job... I had it on my integra, and my tires always weared evenly!

I pay $20 if my friend ain't busy and if he is then I have to pay like $60 somewhere else but never $120.. that's ridiculous.

My last S2000 alignment was $59 at a Goodyear tire center. I had them set it to Zero camber for less tire wear. I noticed no loss in cornering performance.

I agree - the local Acura dealer is a good place to check. I seem to get better service there than at any of the Honda dealers, frequently at a lower price...

not sure, but i would guess that the rears might wear a little more on the insides- although in hard corners they should wear less...

yes you are right- mine tracked perfectly before and after the alignment. it just sticks even better than it did before, and i dont get the uneven ride like i am hitting road ridges every once in awhile. also my 18s no longer rub (and they did before the alignment)!
