I think the dealer is taking advantage of the fact that the S2000 is more $$ than the other Honda's and it's a sports car. It would be interesting to find out how much Acura charges for alignment on the TL. You can probably bring your car to Wheel Works and pay ~ $90 for alignment. Also, I doubt it would require 4 hours. If that were true, they would be asking for much more than $129.
I have a 2003 TL-S and the Acura dealer charges ~$70 for an alignment. However, because I'm lowered I also have a camber kit, which increases the alignment cost an extra $20 or so.

I'd imagine since the S2000 has a camber kit stock that part of the increase in price comes from that. From what I understand, a normal alignment doesn't require the removal of the wheels. However, camber adjustment requires the removal of the wheels which takes more time. Thats what I was told by my Acura dealer at least.

Go to Firestone.. $109.99 for a lifetime alignment! Take it whenever your car needs alignement, and it's free as long as you own your car!

It's worth it, and they do a good job... I had it on my integra, and my tires always weared evenly!
Firestone and NTB up here don't do a good job aligning the car, so having a lifetime alginment deal doesn't do much if they can't get it right from the first one. I had the lifetime deal from Firestone on my WRX and when I brought it in for subsequent alignments, they would say the alginment was done but the print out on the machine isn't working...

Do some research on who does good alignments in your area. Getting the car perfect is a bit of science and art, and make sure you sit in the car while it is done. $100.00 should be the max I'd pay.
