If you can live with not having more than 2 seats and a huge trunk then get it... You won't have anything to complain about if you are okay with those factors.

It was the only car I wanted to own for myself, when I bought it 17 months ago without a test drive.

It is my weekday car to work and back. The only problem is, if I need to carry a lot of stubs, I had to use LS400.

Honda is reliable, I did not have any real problem with my S yet, it also consumes little fuel compares to either LS400 or E430.

My excuse for owning this S is, I can drive it year round with top down, atleat during daytime, and provided that it was not rain.

Also, I am the only driver of the S, no one in my family knows how to drive a manual.

Yes. It's great. I used to take an hour to unwind after the evening commute; now I only need five or ten minutes, because much of the commute has actually become fun. This is through three months of winter time driving; I haven't had the car long enough to vouch for whether it will be as much fun in the summer.

One caveat: my wife has a four door sedan (VW Jetta) for when we need more space. So far, that has come in handy once, when we had my new computer delivered to her work place instead of mine because the box wouldn't fit in my trunk. Then again, renting a bigger car once every three months when you needed one wouldn't be a big cost.
