Default Why Buy ?

So you lot all own S200's. Now tell me why.....

I have fallen for the shear performance and looks, but can you live with it as a normal day to day car ??

What if anything goes wrong / do you have problems with ????

Give me an excuse to go and talk to the bank manager !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have to ask, it isn't the car for you..
And yes, both my 2001 and now my 2005 S2000 have been my daily drivers for the last 4 years..

If you have to ask, don't buy it, it's not right for you.

Read ALL of this thread, then come back and ask:

Should I buy a S2000?

because it was love at first sight, and also generates NEARLY the same feeling as seeing scantily clad supermodels besides, when i die, they can bury me in it and save the casket money to buy beer

I almost settled on a TL w/ Nav. On my way to the Acura dealer, fate intervened and made me stop at the local Honda dealer for one last test drive of the S2000 to make sure.

Needless to say, I signed my papers for my silverstone S2000 two hours later!

I ordered my S before they were available and waited 8 monthd for it to arrive. It had it's 5th birthday two days ago. Let's just say this is the longest relationship I've had.

I waited a year to buy mine, and basically I look like this every time I drive it:

This is how my passengers look when we hit redline in second gear:
