yeah, being a WRC fan, i think they look sick as hell. plus, stock for stock, they will run circles around s2000's in everything except high speed rolls. anyone who speaks ill of an evolution of sti has not driven one.

STi and Evo are certainly great performers, but they lack the overall quality of craftsmanship and class of the S2000 (plus they are not convertibles). When I sit in an STi or Evo, I see and feel lots of cheap parts. When I'm in my S2000, I see and feel qualilty and elegance. It all depends upon what you are looking for.

I traded my Supra for my S2000, and have to disagree. The Supra was faster, but also had a much less rigid body (esp. w/ the TT removed), was too heavy, too big, and didn't have as good controls (shifter, steering, etc.).

Given your prior post history, I'm guessing the biggest advantage to the Supra is that it's a bigger penis extender for you...

i love the s2000 and think its an excellent car, but this thread is heavily biased IMO. there a couple cars on your list that are respectable. but i do agree that the s2000 is a great value, you get a lot of car for the $.

All-Wheel-Drive cars are hopeless in autocross.

S2K (B-Stock) can easily beat Evo/STi (A-Stock).

Modified S2Ks beat Vipers and Z06s on race tracks.
