Default Why are these so cheap?

Are these not safe? Will not last long? What makes them soo cheap? Will not fit? Looking to sale/trade in my car, I would like to change the brakes but don't want to spend too much. But at the same time, I don't want to put something on the car that isn't safe for the next owner. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Yea brakes I wouldn't mess around with personally. Being drilled they would be more prone to develop cracks under more spirted driving. The oem rotors are pretty inexpensive anyways I would just do that or go with some NAPA blanks which would be better than a drilled rotor off of ebay.
