Default Widest Tires I can run on OEM wheels?

255s in the rear would be okay without rubbing? Standard height, 06 OEM wheels.

Thanks

255's should work in the rear... 225's on the front max.

I've heard people are auto-xing on 245's up front and 275's in back (AP2's). Some are having to adjust camber so there's no rubbing, but I've read some having no problems with rubbing. I'm currently auto-xing on AP1 wheels with 265's in the rear and haven't had any problems with that size.

Is there a reason why you're using a slightly taller tire than stock? The proper size for the rear in a 17" would be 245/40. For a 16", it would be 245/45.

If you have the 16", you have a tire that is 0.7" bigger diameter than normal. If you have the 17", you have a tire that is 1.7" bigger.
