Default Wierd no-good 'feeling' when corning HARD

My problem might be difficult to explain.

This is when cornering hard right, might be left too, but havnt flown around any left hand onramps lately so Im not sure yet.

Anyways, when coming OUT of a hard right onramp, second gear hard acceleration up to 9K, I can feel a wierd almoast vibration like feeling in my seat.

It feels like it might be a wheel bearing, a diff about to fail, something of that sort.

It makes no noise, and I can feel this when accelerating hard in a straight line too, but not nearly as much as coming out of that onramp hard.

Its hard to explain. Its like a vibration in my back, feels like its coming out of the chassis of the car though. Feels directly powertrain related but is transmitted through my seat back, if anyone can make sense out of that.

Any responses will be helpful. Thanks

-Matt

ps. This is a 2000 S2K, with 83K miles, and a million 9K RPM clutch dumps, but maintained VERY well. It is rarely driven anymore, so when I drive it... I DRIVE it.

I actually had the same thing happen to me. This one day I was comming home and I was driving my car pretty hard. I shifted at redline on every gear. Anyway, I got off the freeway and headed up a couple blocks until I reached the part where it contained a sharp right turn that lead to my street. I thought it would be fun if I just gunned it around that corner like I always do and so I did. Went around that corner going 85 and I felt some weird vibration that I never felt before. I try to focus my attention on the car but there were no noise, just vibration. And then I realized, I farted.

Check your tire pressure. . .especially the front tires. I have found that the "S" is very sensitive to tire pressure. Check cold and set at 34 PSI front and rear.

That's exactly what I was thinking - max power, difference between left and right tire-speed due to corner). Seems logical to me.

With that mileage on an '00 you may just have pitted axle hubs. You can simply pop em off the diff and switch sides. Search through under the hood there are some discussions about it.

It can also very easily be diff, psi, or alignment related.
