I think the s2k will be around unless they bring back something like the prelude as I think Honda needs something a sports car above the civic. I think Honda likes the image of a driver's car, high technology and value which since the last gen of the civic has been stamped on all cars.

Would not be surprised if:
The s2k will be signficantly upgraded and cost mid to upper $30k range.
More cost but there will also be more value.
Boogles me with these numbers but people will pay it
(took me a long time to get $$ to buy and I am probably the target but I am not typical of the target)

Would not be surprised if Honda kills the s2k, comes out with a convertable acura in the $40k range then brings back an significantly updated prelude.

Maybe stating the obvious, but there will be major changes either after the 05 or 06 model year.
