Found this on eBay. Seller says it can be cut to work with an s2k. Are there issues I might run into or is it as simple as cutting it. Don't know too much about the chips in keys and how they function. Thanks for the help.

Typically the problem is not the key, but getting your ecu programmed to allow it to start the car. Any key can but 'cut' to match yours but we have chips in them.
