Default wind screen

yea, the windscreen about the glovebox..it looks nifty and all, but what really does it do?

acording to Honda, it is supposed to reduce wind buffeting and noise in the cabin when the top is down. I never tested it with vs. without, so i wouldn't know from personal experience.

I never found the stock one to do anything, same folded up or down. Ricks 3/4 height works great tho.

I had a feeling ricks would work better than the OEM window. It seems to fill the space better. I might buy that sometime.

the only time i ever actually felt the difference the windscreen made was when the top was down but windows were up.

The way the windscreen works is it blocks the air flow that goes from over the hood, across the top and back into the cabin. That's why you feel air pushing your hair forward with the top down. The windscreen is minimal but does make a difference. What also makes a huge difference is the plastic pieces from Rick's website that goes where the headrest mesh part is.
