It's up when they need to be up and down when they need to be down.
I'm not sure how you vote on this.

 

Mine are always down. Well, my wife did put the window on her side up on one fairly cool evening.

I'm not sure however, that only dweebs have theirs up. I'm willing to grant that there may be good reasons for keeping the windows up; I just haven't discovered one yet!

 

Driving with the top down and the windows up looks totally gay............. not that there's anything wrong with that.

Same position as my wife is sometimes in at 90 MPH, and that is DOWN, baby. If there's a mile high club for VTEC'ers, we're charter members...
