windscreen musings
for the past couple of months i've had rick's windscreen and been happy driving with it in the upwards position. the main reason i bought it was to cut down on the "bad hair days" the females i drive with were experiencing. it worked very well. but i almost forgot the benefits of wind turbulence especially on hot summer days. so i find myself driving with the screen down, turning the radio up, and enjoying the road. i don't worry about breaking the screen since i only put it down when the top's already down. even when i forget to return the windscreen upwards position, putting the convertible top up does this for me. does anybody else do this?
Lately I've been running with the windscreen (7/8 size) down on hotter days. It definitely helps circulate air down to the foot wells. (Also gave me the excuse I needed to take it off and re-glue it).
