Default Windscreen opinions

i am thinking about getting macguyer's modded windscreen but i cant decide which one i want the 7/8 or the full windscreen....anyone have pictures? opinions are appreciated....just trying to mod my s2000 like the rest of you guys. peace

i went with having my stock one done. i personally like its small profile.

I think worthham is concerned with the large Cd of the aftermarket screens, if it doesn't make the car faster I would be cautious about any of his opinions.

I got the 7/8...it can actually be lowered with the top up.

I went for the 7/8. There are pix in the Link in my sig.

I have Mac's screen. I like the extra height, and I think full would be a little too much.

The full height won't fold down when the top is up.

That is why I chose the 7/8th height option. The added wind-blocking is much better than stock.

I disagree, particularly since I've had a full-height on mine for about 3 years without any issue of putting the screen down while the top was up.

Then why are we all told from multiple sources to the contrary?

I specifically checked this out BEFORE purchasing Rick's 7/8th after the consistent warnings that folding the full height and the roof up interfere. Not that I care anymore because I am quite happy with the look and function of the 7/8th.

I just hate when you think you can go off of others people's experience, but eventually find out otherwise.

Either way, they are much more effective than the OEM height. No doubt about THAT.
