Default Windscreen Suggestion!

I was wondering if anyone could possible make a windscreen that retains some of the OEM's aeroscreen characteristics, such as, having a border around the screen matching your interior(Similar to the OEM aeroscreen). I really believe this would make the aeroscreens look much much more attractive and OE like. Just a suggestion to the people who make accessories for the S2000 i.e.(Rick's, Muz, etc)

Rick's uses the OEM clam shell already.

I think he means extending the shell all the way up the plastic

I agree with this, it would also make it much sturdier.

I really think that someone should really look into making something of this sort. I'm sure there will be alot of s2k owners who would prefer this over the present aeroscreen. In my opinion it looks a bit flimsy and plain. I'll gladly fork up a few more bucks for something that really looks/performs good.

Yes I agree if some form of boarder is used for the aeroscreen it will surely make it more attractive.

I also understand why no boarder was used, since a boarder would get in way visually. A higher aeroscreen will be visible in our rear mirror , and with a boarder there, it will obscure our view of the rear.

Is there anyway to put a very very thin boarder around so it will enhance the look for the aeroscreen without interfering the view?

Now that I think about what you want, I have seen these. There was a guy selling these on Ebay. They were custom made. He copied the OEM clamshell, but may have made longer ones too.

Here was the link I saved of the items.

I think his ebay name was dafool or something like that.
