I have a 00 S2000 (RHD). When filling the windscreen washer tank it took so much (about a litre) and then started flowing out from the bottom of the car (just about where the drivers feet would be). Is this an "overflow" system or have I got a problem with a leak? The water DID NOT reach the top of the filler hole/nozzle at all.

Don't believe there's an overflow. It always fills to the top on my car.
