If it's there I'll use it

And did you notice those bikers in the last one? Brave standing there. I always say "If you don't like the way I drive, stay off the footpath!"

And thanks for the birthday wishes Aus

Which track does he go to ... HSCC organized ones? The last time I checked, I haven't seen him at wakefield park with the Asian gatherings neither anything else close. I think he's just full of it.

Bite me AusS2000 ... Someone should invite me along to the next HSCC drive in NSW. I wanna see what that guy's gonna say, in the meantime I can bring along others who drive Type Rs too. I'll show him my normal driving wheels and hide my track wheels too.

Well the next event is a drive day at Wakefield funnily enough. Consider yourself invited. Contact ronl@panasonic.com.au for details.

Then you can show us around the track

Iggy can actually.

The water flushes the same way in the Southern hemisphere as it does in the Northern. The whole Corriolus effect story is just another urban myth.

Sorry but you must have a outhouse. Go fill up a sink and let the water out and see if it does not go clockwise (if you are in the southern hemisphere). Vortexes travel in a clockwise direction in the southern hemisphere and counterclockwise in the northern hemisphere. This is a law of nature. There is no way a toilet can flush counterclockwise (the right way) in Australia.

William, see the following and related links http://www.urbanlegends.com/science/coriol...olis_force.html

It is clear that the major influence on which way the water will flush is the design of your plumbing and drainage system.

I have just (5 minutes ago) experimented with the sinks in my kitchen and laundry and can tell you that the kitchen sink empties counter clockwise whilst the laundry sink empties clockwise.

Unfortunately the toilet test didn't prove anything as the dump of water flushed my leaf straight down without my being able to see what was happening

Try it yourself - I bet you get different results with different drains.

Ok ... I just emailed ... Hope I get a better response compared to before trying to get in contact with the female in-charge in regards to signing-up for the NSW HSCC and got absolutely no reply till today. Oh well, maybe personal imports are not considered applicable.
