Well, it has been exactly one month since I mothballed the S for the winter. I am faced with an extremely boring commute in the winter beater. When the weather was nice, I had no problem getting up in the morning and taking off in the S. I would look forward to every drive. I would just go drive, without any particular destination.
I miss the twisty little tree canopied roads. The sound of banging through 9K shifts echoing around me was so awesome. I guess I took it for granted all summer, now I look back and cannot wait for springtime.
Even my wife misses the midnight drives to nowhere...
How could any car be more fun?

This is not intended to rub it in. However, it has been +-70 degrees here in Phoenix for a month. 75 yesterday and 70 today with blue sky. Same for the next 6 months. Before you use that language on me, remember that we had 120 days (June - Sept) straight that were over 100 degrees. Tough weather in the stook with the top down or up. That is when our stook is moth balled. If any of you are planning to come to Phoenix, pull your stook out of the moth balls and I'll show you some desert twisties. Hope you all have a great holiday, warmer weather is coming.
