Winter driver or not?
I have couple of beater cars that I use for poor weather/ work duty. Though I do not winterize and store the car for the cold season, it will only see a small amount of exercise in the up coming months.
Voted for never seen the rain.

I voted no only because Hell No! was not an option!
Up here in Upstate, land of the Lake Effect snow, I drive a Nissan V6 4x4. I need about 4 times more ground clearance than the S has to offer to get to the places I go. I also bought the S specifically to take over driving school activities because after 10+ years I decided to retire my CRX-Si, which also did not get driven in the snow.
The big reason I don't drive in the snow is because of the road salt. They go crazy with the stuff up here and I do not want anything on my undercarriage that will increase the rust/corrosion. As I said before, this car is for the track and I just don't want to subject a track car to salt, and I kept the CRX-Si for 10 years, so I suspect the S2000 will be in my hands for many more than that.
There are a few members in my region (Testut and jguerdat) that do drive their S through the winter, they both have hardtops. If driving the car in the winter is your choice, I think that is fine, go for it. For me however I choose not to, and that does not make me a wuss!

"Sometimes" applies for me, too -- it'll be a day-to-day decision. When the snow flies, the presence of salt on the roads will definitely make it more of an occasional thing, but I know there'll be a few sunny, 50 degree days where the lure of a top-down drive will be too much to take.
BTW, it's raining hard right now and I have to drive home -- be careful out there, all you Mid-Atlantic people.
