I made a reluctant trip to Wal-Mart one night real late and parked REAL far to avoid other cars and the errant cart that picks up speed seeking out your car. And you know how their lots are like a stadium)
I'm in there 10 minutes tops and a beater car is parked right beside me.

It was definately done on purpose.
