You can paint CF. I have a CF Hood and it's painted.

I like the INGS+1 front bumper (it's the one I have) I also like the Top Secret Front bumper. The Amuse R1 is NICE (also kinda $$$.) GP Sports, Garage Defend, Feel's, etc. I don't personally like the Mugen front end, but Mugen is a big name in aftermarket Hondas. Also kinda pricey IMHO.

For OEM parts I would contact Hardtopguy.com I would also look at Magestic Honda or I would go through the For Sale forum to find some quality used parts for sale.

Are some of those just bolt on that attach to the stock bumper, or do all those pictured replace the stock bumper completly?

Some are lips some are half-lips some are full replacement bumpers.

I got mine used from another member on the board, however Evolution Motorsports imports the INGS+1 kit.

You are unlikely to find any good data to compare for actual downforce. These are mainly for looks.
