Well I went in search of a single N1 type exhaust and I found exactly what I wanted. I sold my HKS hiper and got the APEX single N1 exhaust. To start out the exhaust looks beautiful and the sound is great. I'm not sure if it's louder than my HKS above 6k rpm but below it definately has that deep sound. It feels torquier (sp? ) and it much more managable to drive around town. I couldnt have gotten it for a better deal as I did from 4IG S2000. He gave me an excellent price, sent it out as soon as he could, made sure I recieved it on time, and through in some lil suprises for me in the box. It is definately one of the best customer service experiences i have had. I want to thank 4IG for hooking me up with a great product at a great price. I have already placed my orders for more parts from 4IG (read sig). Thanks for listening to me babble on however take this as a word of advice. It's louder than the HKS...MUCH louder in fact.

FYI, 3db is a doubling in loudness, 10 db is roughly 10 times louder.

 

Oh really i never even realized.. as im driving it more it's becoming louder...is that possible or is it all in my head. prior to installing the apex i drove my car open cat.... so maybe being in comparison to that i think it low ..

LOL Yeah Open header/cat makes the car sound amazing. LOL at low RPm it sounds like its falling apart though, lol. 104db is right! goddddamn..
