World's worst PDI continues
If I ever buy a sailboat, doing so in Annapolis might be a great idea. A Honda? Uh...
Yesterday, I decided it's not going to snow anymore, and wanted to swap to summer wheels. i nice day so I did it outside and took my time. I immediately noticed something I missed when putting the snows on in the first place (rushed on a December night, in the garage, changed all 4 in a half an hour and that's the problem, should have payed attention). What do I see on the coil springs? Yup, those dreaded shipping spacers, five on each front coil, 2 on each rear. Pulled them off easily enough.
Add to the other Pre-Delivery inspection woes(mutilated front bumper cover, lost entry transmitters, wrong fuel, I will remember more in a moment), I am beginning to think that, other than making sure there's SOME oil in the crankcase, why am I letting a dealer touch the car?
Hate to admit it, on this AM's drive -- didn't push any corners -- did not notice a huge change without the spacer, and Id think I would have.
