Worst 5 things about an S
Worst:
1. Loud with top up on freeway
2. Cramped
3. No remote unlock for passenger door
4. $7k seats + top openable with pen knife = bad idea
5. Lack of steering feedback (as in change of effort with increasing load)
Best:
1. Perfect shifter/clutch/drivetrain
2. Quick, responsive steering and chassis
3. 1+2 leave me wanting for nothing under $60k
4. 1+2 make me want to drive it to work even in the rain, with the top up, on the freeway
5. Build quality- no problems so far.

Best: It's a genuine babe magnet.
2nd Best: Phenomenally reliable engine with great rpm capability and excellent shifter.
Worst: The babes it attracts for me are all in their 50's and 60's [Heck, I am going on 67th birthday and 44th anniversary. What little I have left, I am saving for my wife].
2nd Worst: That stupid power lock system, which prevents unlocking passenger door via the driver's door lock switch.
3rd Worst: That knee-cracker door over the audio controls. Must almost always be left closed.

there is only one thing i can complain about. id like if it had telescopic streering column. id like the wheel closer to me, under hard driving. and the seat could use more adjustability also.
other than that. the car is perfect. i love it with every ounce of blood i have. it is my buddy. lates dave

The WORST thing, HANDS DOWN, is the lack of an adjustable wheel. When you're 6'3 and have the seat pinned against the back of the cabin, reaching the wheel is a bitch.
Other than that, my 2-3 shift is soo notchy.
Love everything else.

+ AP1
1 quite the bargain considering performance/cost
wnership costs
2 great convertible top
3 the open wheel, race car replica-feeling (largely due to the 2.0L powerplant)
4 balance
5 craftmanship
- AP1
1 torque deadspot from ~3.5k- ~5.3k rpm
2 no heated seats
3 no GPS
4 no moonrock/red
....wow this does take a little brainstorming....
5 tonneau cover
6 no VSA
+ AP2

2 great convertible top
3 balance and easier to master
4 stock rims
5 craftmanship
6 2.2L purple people eater
- AP2
1 stock tires
2 no heated seats
3 no GPS
4 no moonrock/red

BEST:
1. Best steering feel in the world.
2. Best handling of anything under $100K.
3. Best shifter feel.
4. Only car that gets 0-60 in the low 5's and gets close to 30 mpg on the highway.
5. Xenon headlights.
WORST:
1. Short-lived OEM tires even with conservative driving, coupled with factory alignment that wears inside of fronts and "scrubs" the rears.
2. Too much road noise of freeway, coupled with weak radio.
3. OEM "hot air" intake right on top of radiator, with no airpath to the outside air.
4. Low front "chin" needs protection from curbs.
5. Not enough low RPM torque.
Thanks,
Richard
