Default Is it worth it?

Hello everyone,
I am wondering if anyone here has seen the Infinity G37 coupe. I like that car alot lol. So I am thinking of trading my 2005 NFR (14500 miles) in to get the G37. Do you think it is worth it to trade in? How much do you think my car would worth?

kbb states..... your car is worth in mint $24,000 and if you sell it privately but if you want to trade it in they won't give you anymore then around $22,000.

I had the 04 G35 coupe. If you like to just cruise and chill with luxury/tourqe get it.

but if you like a more FUN! drive stick with the S.

For me i loved the convertible and v-tec.

You can find a bunch of arguments all over the fourms.

Both ways ....... you can't really go wrong. GL

My brother is the Chasis Development engineer at NTCNA here in Arizona and he brought home a prototype G37 coupe a few months ago. I'd have to say that it doesn't even have the kick of a G35~

It's got good looks, but the rear seats are about as useful as a thumb on my ass. If you grab a G, get a sedan.

I test drove the G37. Great car, really nice.

I bought the S2000 instead though...

Do you want a nice car? Or a fun car? That's the dilemma I was in. Fun won. Couldn't be happier.

I do think the G will give the 335 a run for its money though (looked at 335's as well). Not as much raw acceleration as the BMW, but we all know acceleration isn't everything. That was about all the 335i had going for it, all in my opinion of course.

I have a G35, and I can say that it is a fantastic car. The G37s I understand are supposed to be very nice, as well... though apparently a lot of extra weight offsets the increased power, which is why the BMW accellerates faster.
It just depends on what you want... I love the G, but I wouldn't dream of selling my S for it.

I just bought a G35 and ended up trading in my S2000 for it. My car was older than yours, but I was asking $20k privately and I ended up getting $18k on a trade-in. Just look around.

G37 and S2000 totally different cars. This reminds me of me when I sold my MY00 S2000 and traded it in on a MY02 M3 Convertible. I loved the M3 but ended up selling it a year later because it was too troublesome. I bought an 05 TL, got lucky in the business world and was able to pick up a MY04 S2000 with a SC as a second car.

So in the words of the great Terminator....

He'll be back.

One thing about nissan/infinitis are their design get boring after a while.
Don't get me wrong. I do love the 350zs. They're an amazing package for the price. Nice exhaust note too.
But they just.. don't age that well.
The new G37 looks okay to me, but when the G35s first came out, they almost looked like a concept car.
Look how they look aged nowadays.
S2000s in other hand, still look fresh/new to me.
Just my $0.02

Its 2 different cars, one the top comes off, one the top does not.

Its really that simple, do you want a convertible ? or do you want a old man's car ?

By the way, I can make that old mans car, I got my drivers in 1974 and ALL the cars I have owned in my life have been convertibles.
