I'm all about saving weight myself. If you can afford it get the TI. I spent close to $500 on a TI exhaust for my 50cc dirtbike. It's baller and not many people have it. Go for it!!!

No it isn't.
it is, but much less of it (by volume) can be used to make the same thing that you would make out of other metals because it is so strong.

The amuse R1 single is full titanium and weighs next to nothing. Maybe 10 pounds at the most. Not sure what the dual weighs

compare to balloons

My J's racing header back 70RR weights 10lbs... It's full titanium, not at all even close to being heavy.

2000+ is a bit too much for an exhaust.. really depends on ur budget. But honestly, T1R Sparrow is a really good one.

"expensive" is only relative to the amount of money you have to spare. You could say that a glass bottled coke is expensive compared to can's, but if you can afford the 150% price hike for the same measure of cola, then it's something that you don't mind doing.

I, for one, love glass bottled Coke and therefore believe that it's well worth the cost to pay $1.25 for a 12 ounce bottle. not to mention that I won't miss the additional 75 cents that I spent to purchase the "luxury" item.

Best of both worlds: find a used Mugen exhaust, ~$1000. I did, I love it.
