I don't think you really need to worry about resale value now that the car is 7 years old, but for the money of making it GPW you can just buy one, and a newer one at that. If you wanted a color we can't get, like Imola, I'd say repaint, but GPW is available if you look long enough.

^ oh snap, I didn't even consider the fact that I could buy another car for the price of repainting, swapping, etc. now that sounds like a good idea!

Not to mention, if you were going to spend the money to repaint...go for something unique.
VintageMac from our Oregon group painted his metallic emerald green.
It's sharp!

It amuses me how everyone says silver is "plain" when white is a far more common vehicle color and is as plain as you can get. Every vehicle fleet is white!

The only way I'd repaint my Sebring was if someone hit me and their insurance was paying me enough to cover at least 60% of a full repaint. Going through that kind of trouble though I would not go with a stock S2000 color...I'd do something unique....perhaps this:

^Yep. but if youre repainting you might as well go with a BB base or a GPW base so at least wherever you DONT get in the paint it'll look acceptable...not like pop open the doors and BAM! bright orange unpainted areas...

If im going to keep my s2k after I grow tired of it, and if I make it a track only car, I'm gonna repaint it bright-ass-green. just cuz I can.

I like it. Looks classy, doesn't catch police attention and doesn't show dirt, swirl marks or scratches!

a full repaint is never worth it unless you never plan on selling it.
