Yeah, it's called negligence, and wreckless endangerment. Plus someone could cry manslaughter if someone died because of your heap. It could escalate as conspiracy to do harm since you have proven that you are aware that what you are diong is wrong. You deserve to go to jail.

What goes around comes around. Obviously, you carry bad karma around you. Your attitude tells so loudly.

I already said that was suppose to be a joke towards the guy above that post... Look I said I didnt know a broken rod in the wheel can be a potential hazard once the whole thing is replaced! I have already said that NOW THAT I KNOW I am not planning on selling it... I am sorry for causing all this drama but to me this accident was 100% repairable.

easy easy... the car is repariable... frame damage or not. The s2000 is a unit body car... there is no 'frame.' 'frame damage' is a misnomer, generally applied to show that the body was tweaked. On a unit body car, the damage is centralized... the quarter panel bucked... replace it... frame damage gone. This car will be safe or unsafe depending on the QUALITY of the repair. Will the rear lateral arm be replaced? or bent back straight? Replace the steering knuckle? or just bend it till it aligns? etc.

If salar cuts corners at a shady shop (or shady mechanic dad), the 'victim' will suffer. If the car is repaired CORRECTLY, then all is well.

BTW: spa is 3 stage paint, nearly impossible to match, absolutely impossible to blend. The full repaint alone will cost you around 4k at a real shop.

This is exactly what I have been thinking. I just do not understand how the car is now unsafe after everything damaged is replaced.

Yes, the car can be safe if the repairs are done right... I had a lot more damage to my car and they (insurance) decided to repair it (who knows why) and it drives just as strong and I push it just as hard...

BUT, you do have to disclose that the car has been in an accident if you sell it... even if it has been repaired 100%

Lesson learned. Just dont label me as a criminal because it has been a misunderstanding on my part.

Ok, not a criminal, just ignorant and too young for this car. I think those labels fit well

I hope you're not talking to me because I'm pretty sure I didn't...
