are people insane?

this guy just paid $15,500 for this thing.....same miles, 2 years newer, but with a bad title from a wreck.....

it says it needs a EPS computer ($700-$900) although the seller will give up $500 towards the purchase of it...

I dunno... It looks pretty clean. As long as it has been issued a rebuilt title by the state. It should be ok. Definately think the price is is a tad too high.
